These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TitleFrog mobile application (“App”), operated by TitleFrog (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

TitleFrog is a tool designed to help used-car buyers scan vehicle titles and receive title-related risk insights and reports. The App is intended to support informed decision-making during the vehicle purchasing process.

2. Informational Use Only & No Professional Advice

TitleFrog provides informational content, insights, and risk indicators related to vehicle titles for general guidance only.

TitleFrog does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or applicability to any specific transaction.

Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify all vehicle and title information and consult qualified professionals before purchasing any vehicle.

Use of the App and reliance on its information is at the user’s sole discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using TitleFrog, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and lawful information
Have the legal right to upload any vehicle title images or data
Not use the App for fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the App or its systems

5. Account & Access

Some features may require account creation or contact information. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with TitleFrog are owned by or licensed to TitleFrog and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services for analytics, data processing, or storage. TitleFrog is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitleFrog disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitleFrog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including vehicle purchases or title issues.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TitleFrog operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
